Cancellation Policy

 

To terminate or cancel the Company or Business Account after coverage has been issued, the cancellation will become effective on the last day of the month in which Mednefits received the written notification of cancellation, and that no premiums will be refunded for any period between Mednefits’s receipt of notification and the last day of the month when cancellation takes effect.

For each Member Seat purchased under a Standalone PRO Plan, Mednefits will refund to the Customer 70% of the pro-rated amount paid by the Customer for that particular Member Seat (based on the number of days the Member Seat was ordered for during the Services Term).

No refunds shall be payable by Mednefits for the cancellation of any Member Seat for any other grounds or for the cancellation of any Member Seat under a Bundle Plan or Standalone LITE Plan.
