We’re looking for an experienced, creative Digital Marketing Executive to undertake marketing projects that will lead the company’s next phase of growth acceleration.
What you'll own:
- Email Marketing:
- Create, manage, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Design and optimise email templates, ensuring they are visually appealing, mobile-responsive, and brand-aligned.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
- Content Marketing:
- Plan, create, and distribute engaging content across various channels, including blogs, social media, and newsletters.
- Produce content that resonates with the target audience and supports marketing objectives.
- Optimise content for SEO to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic.
- Graphic Design:
- Independently design graphics for digital campaigns, including social media posts, email banners, and website visuals.
- Ensure consistency and quality in all visual content produced.
- Use design tools like Canva Pro to create impactful visuals.
- WordPress Management:
- Manage and update website content using WordPress, ensuring it aligns with current branding and marketing strategies.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
- Address any website performance issues and enhance user experience.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on email marketing, and content creation.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g. WordPress) and basic SEO practices.
- Creative design skills, with experience using Canva Pro.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics tools/software.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Creativity and commercial awareness on B2B marketing.
- [Bonus] Existing knowledge in Human Resource field and corporate employee benefits industry.
