We are looking for an experienced Product Designer who excels at solving complex problems with creative solutions and a user-centric approach. You will play a critical role in shaping the user experience for our products, driving design excellence, and ensuring that our platforms are intuitive, seamless, and effective.

Role overview:

The Product Designer will be a key contributor to our product team, focusing on creating solutions that address real business challenges. You will employ human-centered design principles, utilizing design thinking to deliver innovative, yet practical solutions. Tight collaboration with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams is essential as you lead design projects and ensure a seamless product experience from conception to launch.

What you'll own:

• Problem-Solving Through Design: Understand business objectives and user needs to create creative and effective design solutions that solve complex problems within the SaaS space.
• Human-Centered Design: Lead the design process with a user-first mindset, ensuring that product designs focus on solving user pain points and enhancing user satisfaction.
• Design Thinking: Apply design thinking methodologies to iterate on product ideas, validate concepts with stakeholders, and quickly prototype solutions that are functional and visually compelling.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and other departments to ensure design solutions are aligned with technical requirements, business goals, and user expectations.
• UI/UX Excellence: Deliver high-quality UI/UX designs for web-based and mobile applications, ensuring consistency, usability, and an intuitive user experience across the platform.
• Product and Project Management: Work closely with the product management team to define project timelines and scope, ensuring timely delivery of design milestones and strong collaboration across teams.
• Iterative Design Process: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and utilize insights to refine designs continuously, ensuring that the product remains aligned with user needs and market trends.
• Prototyping and Wireframing: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders and development teams.
• Usability Testing and Iteration: Conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously improve the product experience.
• Design Systems: Maintain and contribute to the design system to ensure consistent experiences across the product.
• Stay Updated: Keep up to date with design trends, UX/UI best practices, and new technologies relevant to SaaS platforms, HRMS, HRIS, and Health Tech.

What you'll need:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, ideally within a SaaS or tech company.
• Industry Insight: Experience in HRMS/HRIS, Health Tech, or enterprise SaaS is highly advantageous.
• Creative Problem Solver: Ability to solve complex product challenges with creative, user-friendly design solutions that enhance the overall product experience.
• Human-Centered Design: Strong background in human-centered design methodologies and a proven ability to translate user needs into design solutions that drive user satisfaction and business results.
• Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to build products that meet both user and business needs.
• UI/UX Design Skills: Strong UI/UX design skills with experience in wireframing, prototyping, and delivering high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Design Systems: Experience building or maintaining a design system that drives consistency and efficiency across teams.
• Project Management: Capable of managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate design rationale and present to stakeholders.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate more effectively with developers.
• User Research and Testing: Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to refine and iterate on design solutions.
