We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Customer Success team to empower customers’ successes and help our brand thrive.

What you'll own:

• Handle the approval & rejection of members’ medical claims under the supervision of the Customer Success team.
• Work closely with the Finance team on the reimbursement and transfer of money to members.
• Assist the Customer Success team on administrative tasks as part of the services provided to customers.
• Manage administrative task assignment within the team to ensure all tasks are attended.
• Provide support to clients in terms of reporting, handling clients’ inquiries and issues via support tickets.

What you'll need:

• Tech savvy person
• Very meticulous and pays strong attention to details
• Comfortable with administrative work
• Strong team player who is willing to help out with other teams
• Quick learner and can quick have a strong understanding of the company's platform
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common data entry tools
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
